the only one I know of that has glow in the dark hair for sure that I visit is retrodollus, and hers is white glow in the dark polypropylene,.. so you wouldn't even be able to dye it.
Depends on what the wig is made of whether or not you could dye it. Alot of synthetic hair won't dye at all.

I've dyed DH GITD hair before and it still glowed after just fine for me. Still glows even, years later.
I actually found this manufacturer that appears to sell various colors of glow in the dark doll hair- but it appears to be a commercial site. I wonder if Retrodolls or Dollyhair could order from them?
