From my experience, usually right when the doors open, or during a time when most people are at work or school. Also handy if you can find out whenever they get new shipments in and on the shelves, like with TRU.  As far as Walmart goes, I'd had the best luck whenever I'd go to the store while they're re-shelving/restocking the toys and have the boxes/cases out (like around 11pm to 2am, if you have a 24/7 store near you).

My nearest Walmart currently has a ton of Ghoul's Rule Abbeys, along with S1600 Cupid. I feel bad for the GR Abbeys - I wanna say it's the same ones I've seen on the shelf for the last week or so. Not so surprising for me, since this is the same store that has the same two Deuce fashion packs that have been there since last holiday season. It has me thinking that is the reason why this particular Walmart hasn't restocked on the newer fashion packs since last year.  ;_;

I would say it depends on what store(s) you are going to. If I am going to TRU I go the morning of their shipments, which is different for different locations, right away when they open. As for other stores its hard to say because they get random shipments of toys in any day of the week. I would say skip Sunday since I believe walmart at least does not get shipments of anything then, and I believe Tuesday is the other day Walmart doesn't get shipments. Not sure about Target though. Supercenters of those stores typically seem to get more in selection wise as well, at least in my area. Hope that helps a little bit!

yeah it does thanks. The key appears to be mornings. Back when I worked at Walmart 3rd shift, we got stuff all the time, but it was usually far in advanced for electronics [my department], usually a week for new release stuff. But the toys I was never sure.
