The dane class dolls are a toss up for me, I have to see them in stores to be able to make a desicion

I really want that Lagoona and Howleen. Howleens hair is such an awesome colour! If I get her though I think I will be restyling it into a bob and I'll be making her a new outfit. Hopefully some nicer out of box pictures will pop up soon as well, It's hard to see all the details and stuff.

I'm wondering if anyone has seen the Howleen set in Michigan??
I keep looking but no luck.  I only saw a spot for her on a shelf when I was visiting Seattle..
I don't want to break down and buy it off ebay because I have that feeling that when I do she'll show up.

According to the MH Parents fb page, there's going to be some sort of in store scavenger hunt type even in Walmart on October 20th. Check out their page for the details that have currently been announced. Thoughts/ comments?

My last post got buried under the DC dolls discussion lol.

On that subject, I'll have to ser better pics before I pass judgement. I've yet to find a Lagoona that I like other than the Sig expensive ones. Maybe she'll be it! Howleen's a maybe as well...

I kind of like Robecca and I think she seems to be the only decent-looking one out of the 4 but I noticed the doll doesn't have fringe like in the box art (like Operetta having a see-through skirt and no headband in hers)

I'm loving the ghouls face ups and Howleen's pigtails are friggin cute but am very disappointed with the outfits; hopefully they look better in person. I know these are slim box dolls but I was expecting a little bit more thought with their outfits.

 Well so far Robecca looks the cutest from what I can tell from the pictures, then again I like what I can see of Lagoona's face shot, her hair looks interesting too. Eh I am going to go with the wait and see crowd they may look totally different when you see them up close..

I love them and don't love them at the same time. I might snatch Robecca though. And maybe Howleen and redress her. They're in the slim boxes, so I won't mind redressing.

So I started my first ever rooting project today! My CaM Seamonster Kressida has been sitting on my dresser for a few months now. No matter what I do I can't seem to really bond with her. I've tried different hairstyles and poses, but nothing's really... clicked. So I'm going to try to root her hair and change her face up a little.

For her hair I'm planning to use the black from the wig she came with. I'll root it in a mohawk and flock the sides of her head. Kinda like Venus but with flock on both sides. I'd also like to paint her tentacles a different color, but I haven't figured out what color yet. I might paint her lips the same color, but again, I haven't decided yet.

I don't really care for the Dance Class dolls. I think the box art looks better than the actual dolls. I think I will just try to snag Lagoona's outfit by itself somewhere. These could have easily been fashion packs. I wish Howleen had a better outfit but I'm happy she has another doll so those who couldn't find the sister pack can finally own her if they like the Dance version.

I'm not really feeling the Dance dolls. They're okay, I kind of like Robecca, and Lagoona's makeup,  but they're not really channeling their respective dance styles to me. They almost seem to be something of a mishmash between Skull Shores and Dead Tired.

Since Skull Shores started trickling out to stores this time last year, we'll probably be finding these on shelves soon. I may change my mind on them once I see them in person. The photos are a bit washed out, so maybe their colors will make me reconsider them.

I think Howleen is my biggest disappointment; I was expecting an actual pink afro, not pink pigtails.

Lol, I was hoping for a pink afro as well. The pigtails really threw me off to who she was initially because it just wasn't what I had imagined.
