My niece found ponies at a car boot sale today!

My 21 year old niece bought a lot of 20-30 G1 ponies from a car boot sale today for £19! She is not a collector herself, but she knows I collect so I have first pickings and the rest will be going on eBay.
I will be having a look at them on Thursday but I have been told it includes Gusty, Mirror Mirror, Bunny Hop, Daddy Apple Delight, Mummy Apple Delight, Mummy Bright Bouquet, Mummy Sweet Celebrations, Peppermint Crunch, Lickety-Split, Tutti Frutti, Majesty, Peachy, Pony Bride, Sky Rocket, Bow Tie, Princess Tiffany, Butterscotch...

...all of which I have, but the one I have my eye on is Mummy Berrytown who apparently is in nice condition!  :biggrin:

Sweet find! I wish I could be so lucky. What would be the American equivalent of a Boot sale? I'm guessing it's something like a community garage sale/flea market?Oh and links to the eBay sale and pics of the ponies would be awesome!

Yes, I think community garage sales and flea markets would be the equivalent. :)

I wouldn't be allowed to post to the live auctions when they are up, but I should be able to point in their direction. They are in varying condition and there are also some duplicates so I have recommended that she put into lots.

Oh wow.  That's so cool she picked them up - and even better she is going to give you first pick!  The UK family ponies rock.  It's great Mommy Berrytown sounds like she is in nice condition *crosses fingers for you*
