Elusive 2011 Pinkie Pie Ornament Re-Run for 2012?

I found the 2011 ornament last year at Kmart.  I was hoping for a different ornament this year (maybe not another pinkie pie).  But that looks just like the 2011 one.

I hope they are re-released, because I wanted one as well, but never saw them either. And, well, I love Pinkie!!! And one can never have enough pony ornaments!

I found mine at TRU. They had at least 5-10 others.

Taxel -- Did you find the ornament at TRU already for this coming holiday season, or did you find it last year?

It got scarce quick last here, heh! I think it would've been neat to see another G4 pony ornament, but I'm quite happy to have been able to get her at a reasonable price because of this find!

Last year. Our TRU doesn't have Christmas stuff yet, thank goodness.

Aww I was hoping for new ornaments this year but judging by the way Hasbro just likes to throw as little work as possible into the G4 line, I guess I'm not surprised we'd see more of the same from last year. At least this gives people a chance to get them!

Looks like we do get new ornaments.  They're on Toys R Us' website, but I haven't seen them in stores yet.  At first I though they looked 3D, but looking at the picture more closely, they seem mostly flat, with more of a relief-type dimension.

I just got Pinkie Pie at TRU today!
She was not boxed like last year but just on a tag. I'm so happy to have found one though since I missed out last year

Good luck to all who want her. I'll pass on her. I have a G3 Pinkie Pie and a G3.5 Pinkie Pie ornament, so I don't really want a G4 one too. I like the TRU ones though....but I'll probably still pass. lol

I now have both the small ornament set that I ordered from TRU's site and I have the 2012 Pinkie Pie ornament I bought from a member here. Last year I really wanted the Pinkie Pie one, but I didn't want to pay shipping thinking she'd be available locally, but she never showed up. And I wasn't going to pay the ridiculous price she was going for on Amazon after that, so now I'm glad I finally got her, even if I did pay a bit more than if I had found her locally.
