Today I got my big box from Brightglowpony here on the arena.

I also got a RAOPK from Canazta on the Swedish pony forum, druvdalen. I was very happy and surprised.

Unfortunately she has an eye scratch, but it doesn't bother me that much. I'm not that picky. It does bother me though that I had to pay 267 SEK (about $40) in custom duty to get her. :/ I already paid a lot for her.

I'm waiting for a lot more G4 stuff next week. I'm frighting I'll get an even higher custom duty then. One of them is a very big package. My wallet is already crying for the prices of the ponies themselves. T_T

I will update this thread a lot next week. (If I can afford to get them..

She looks great and I have one that has a bit of an eye scratch (she's still adorable though).

Wow I'm taken aback by those custom fees, is it normal to pay that much??

It's such a gamble isn't it? With the custom fees >.<
I've ordered alot lately - some really big and expensive stuff and other less big and expensive stuff and I've only had to pay the custom fee like 2-3 times out of like... well LOADS. So fingers crossed they let your other stuff by without slapping on another big pricetag

Congratulations on your latest addition though =) She does look cute even with a scratch

I just realised that I forgot to mention how happy I am to finally have this awesome pony! All I wrote about was how depressed I was because of the custom fees.

I love her and she's one of my favorites in my herd right now. She's so cute and unique. <3

Not so awesome about the fees though

I've always worried about them but when buying from the US the seller has always marked things as a 'gift' (I'd never thought about it or even asked them to do it but they did anyway - one thing actually was a gift, a total surprise which was lovely). It's too late now but perhaps if buying an expensive or large lot of items from the arena you could ask the seller to mark the customs form as a gift. Some people don't like to which is fair enough but a lot of people are usually great about it
