Delay in TRU Favorites Collection! Ugh! Talked to TRU rep on page 2

If they did not think the bogo through that is their own ault. Of course I bought two high priced items to get one free. That is not the consumers fault tat they included te items in the bogo, as not all Mlp items online were included in it.

Oh the joys of dealing with toy companies.  Backordered items can take a while sometimes.  Hopefully everything will work out okay and it will arrive when they anticipate you should see it.  Sorry, I know thats frustrating.

I got the first message this morning also, but not the next two. I think this is a good sign that they're fullfilling these orders. I got the first two messages for my Zecora order. 

Perhaps they're placing these on backorder so that they can fill online orders first without having the stores make more orders?   I know some stores have gotten them in. Maybe they were early orders.

i think a lot of people are getting the emails. becuae they sent them to the streos. i dont think they were supposed to go out yet those that got sent to the stores were proably  store pick ups. and  instead of doing that.. they  simply put them on the shelves.   that is my  best guess here.

I just got a msg about backorder on zecroa too.  When I ordered her, there was no backorder msg. 

She is the only pony coming out that I have to have, if I don't get her I will NOT be buying anymore new pony toys from Hasbro.  I've just had it with Hasbro!

My Zecora status said "back-ordered" for a long time, but now it says "Special Order: Awaiting inventory".   So maybe that's a good sign?

I also got the new back-ordered status for my Favorites Collection too.  But someone just posted that they got a back-ordered status email, then an email about cancelling the order if it doesn't ship in 30 days, and then right after that they got a shipping notice that their order was processing.    So it looks to me like TRU is finally sifting through our orders and straightening things out.  At least I hope that's the case!

Right, I just spoke with Customer Service at TRU, and I was assured that it's not the case that orders will just be canceled due to lack of stock and that I will get the items I ordered. ... and, I find myself trusting the person I talked to, but nevertheless I'm still freaking out a bit. This really is rather ridiculous to have the items showing up on the shelves while those who preordered are empty-handed.

I also got a message about a backorder from Toy R Us and Babies R Us (which I read as babysaurus, lol) concerning my Zecora. I don't believe that TRU understands what a preorder means.

I am freaking out I ordered 2 sets of the favorites with the bogo. One for me, one for my PFF and now they are back ordered I do not want my order auto cancelled, I want it open until filled! *cries*
I am so furious with toys r us, they really botched this up!

I also got an e-mail. I think it's funny that the free one (from BOGO) is listed as in stock, but the one I paid for is backordered.

We got the two emails so my wife stopped at our local TRU and bought one just in case they cancel our order. Really poor management of these pre orders by TRU. My daughter would have been heartbroken if we couldn't get one.
