I got them from www.toywiz.com
They are the purple and blue box sets of PVC figures. The blue set has all the glitter and metallic finish ones. The purple has the regular colors and glow-in-the-dark ones.

I had them on preorder. They said they would ship in July. I got an email on 7/9/12 that they were shipped and I got them yesterday, so only 2 days for me!
