So, remember a month ago when I asked how to go about customizing a brushable Celestia?  This was the result.  Morning Star is the OC of a Google+ friend of mine, and started off just a sketched bit of lineart she showed me - no colors, nothing.

I shaved Celestia's original leg armor down and then sculpted her legs, then sculpted the new foot armor.  She's also got a nice new chest piece, forehead armor, and tail armor (all done in Apoxie).   She's been painted with acrylics, with a very subtle glittery gradient on her legs, and sealed with Dullcote, with Triplethick on her eyes and symbols.  Her spikes are rhinestones, glued with the sparkly face of the stone against the armor, eliminating my need to worry about getting all the spikes exactly the same size.  Her hair is DH's Bougainvillea and Kiss of Death.

I think that's a distinct possibility, knowing the buyer's love for Rarity :)

there was a lot of debate over whether she'd have blue hair or purple, but we decided on purple for both her eyes and hair.  The eyes... I tried to make them rounder than Celestia's, but not as "severe" as the other unicorns' eyes.  More like Candence's eyes.

I'm just sad her glitter didn't show up in the pictures!
