So my life has changed a lot in the past few months and I wanted to share with you guys and gals! Hooooly crap has there been a lot.
I got a job in April - a few months before my graduation, which I was excited about. It's in my hometown of Dayton, Ohio. As soon as I got the job my SO and I started shopping for a house, which is so exciting!! We haven't found the perfect one yet; until then, we're living with my dad rent-free (he even buys us groceries, which is so sweet and helpful
).
In June Zeke (my SO - some of you know him...he went to the Ohio Ponycon last summer) asked me to marry me!!! My ring is gorgeous and so thoughtful - he actually got the diamond replaced with a really nice emerald, which I thought was incredibly sweet. Here's a picture of me and him:

I didn't get to go to my own graduation because my little sister's was the same time, which I didn't mind at all because the ceremony meant a lot more to her than it did to me. And we ended up getting some awesome pictures of my family. My parents have been divorced for 10 years so the fact that we got a photo with my entire family is so important to me.
All my full siblings (my little sister and larger little brother graduated this year as well):

I was planning on buying an off the track thoroughbred (rescue), but then we went on a Craigslist hunch and found this amazing lady. She's not at all what I wanted - I wanted a hot, sleek gelding - but I think she's just amazing. She's a three-year-old belgian/standardbred cross (an accident, apparently), unbroke but very calm, and has a tooooooon of dressage potential. I'm hoping to event or H/J her, but if she doesn't move out well or doesn't enjoy jumping then we will enjoy dressage
Here she is the first time I saw her:
