Man I could watch this thread all day (which I kinda do!)! I love looking at everything you guys come up with, all those CAM's are gorgeous~

My 3 year old sister apparently loves MH too, haha. She was in my room a few minutes ago and saw Lagoona. She recognized her and wanted to give her a kiss because she's so pretty. I nearly melted from the cuteness, really, she was so sweet! She played with Roux, Rochelle and a few ponies too.

I'm thinking of pre-ordering Scarah Screams, does anyone know if she comes with a dairy? I'm really to curious to everything about her.
Aaaaaa, that is just too cute! I would have melted from that kind of cute.

As for Scarah, I don't know if she'll come with a diary... we'll sadly have to wait and see ;o;

I know right? It was absolutely adorable. I showed her a few webisodes because she has liked every doll I brought home so far. She saw the ones with Abbey, she proudly said to me; ''She has pretty hair! I want to buy her!''. She seems to really like Toralei and the werecat twins too. Heck, she likes almost all of them, haha, her reactions are seriously the cutest thing ever.

Oh I see! Thanks for awnsering anyway. I hope she does have one though, that would get pretty interesting!

Yeah, it's definately the wig. All of my CAMs have the hard head, and that one is the only one that doesn't fit. It's actually the size of the wig doing it too. DX
The size of the wig itself or the wig peg?

Someone mentioned earlier about experimenting with re-hairing their CAM head and mentioned this idea which I think I'm gonna try. The hard part on my ghost girl pretty much wasnt glued in at all so it just comes right off, and I HATE the wig she comes with. So the idea is to take the wig, remove all the hair, and use the remaining soft plastic as a replacement for the hard CAM part. It would already be rooted too, just need to cut it to shape and glue it in :) I think this would probably work really nicely and you could get 2-3 replacement sections out of one wig if you cut carefully.

There's gotta be some other soft rubbery thing you could replace it with. maybe i'll wander around walmart/hobby lobby and see what I come up with. Other possibilities: mutilate the head of a baby doll, or *dare I even say it* use part of the butt of a bait pony as the vinyl is similar.

Oh!  I forgot to tell you guys (got all caught up in CAM stuff ) I received a Clawdeen/Howleen set in the mail today:)  Now you don't have to listen to me go on and on about how I can't find them.  Someone here had a set up for sale near retail and I jumped on it.  I was feeling mental pressure to cave and spend way too much on them.  I think I might have to take a little break (yeah, right) on the MH spending, though.  Everytime I ask my husband to pay for a new doll, I get a tired sigh, or roll of the eyes.  I wish he was a tad more understanding.......... Although I am a completionist, and our living room IS starting to fill up dolls :P

Noob question here, what's the best way to tame their hair and style it? I have the CAM Dragon starter pack, and the wig frightens me a little. It's that maroon long wig? What do you do with? How do you get it untangled and manageable?

A wash with shampoo/conditioner then brushing it out should work for ya!

ok...so its not just me...the newest CAM wigs with the Seamonster/Vamp don't fit. Cause the wig cap on mine seems like its too small to fit on her head :/

Yep Lilithas wig is a complete nightmare. It will go on but it keeps popping off if you knock it. Then you have to pull the front right down so you can't see the cap underneath then it pops off again...even with double sided tape it's a nightmare. I ran it under hot water and it helped a bit though.

This is why I can't wait to move! I'll be back in the better paying job so I can get the dolls without begging for them. DX

Thanks! I'll have to give that a try later tonight!

In other exciting news, I found the Fashion 3 Pack Abbey today at TRU! Our area never seems to stock anything, so when they put MH on the shelves, they disappear fast! This will be the first Abby I get to open!

Ooo!  Congrats!   My closest TRU is over an hour drive one way.  Needless to say I never get any TRU exclusives unless I buy off eBay.  :P

I want pics!!!  <3

Lucky! I'm hoping they'll have one, along with Powder Room Lala, at a TRU near my parents' house when my voucher from Mattel finally arrives. I've asked my mom to put it towards those to dolls.

I think I'm most in love with the CAM's of all the Monster High dolls I own. It was so much fun picking out clothes and accessories for each one... and coming up with my own names for them all too! Some of them I didn't like at all at first... but then as I developed their personalities they really grew on me. Draculiam, for instance (my CAM vampire boy) - at first I thought he was too feminine, but once I gave him the right accessories he started looking like quite the rebel bad boy! :)

This may be a common sense sorta comment, (but I didn't know, so I'll pass it along) start combing the hair out from the ends and slowly work your way up to the scalp.  It untangles the hair without it fro-ing out on you:)

That's cool. I honestly don't know what to do with my vampire boy. The gargoyle boy has such a gentle face and I've already got lots of ideas for him. I've made him Scottish. But the vampire boy is a total blank slate. I have no ideas for him at all. I've been wondering if maybe I should just sell him.

I got my DDG Operetta today. I've got to say I'm pretty dissappointed in her outfit. I do love the doll though and those shoes are to dye for.

I have a question for all of you:)  Have any of you seen the lifesize Gloom Beach sunglasses lately?  I saw them once at Walmart, and kinda wish I had bought them.  Haven't seen them since, plus I can't seem to find them online either:(  They were hanging on a "clip strip" off an endcap, not in the regular MH section.  I was just wondering how easy they would be to find, if I could afford, them later ;)
