First Pony

Mine was Moondancer.  My Dad remembers it better than I do.  He tells me I said, "Dad, they have ponies over there!"   he he!!

I sadly no longer have that exact Moondancer, though I do have one.   And I am fortunate enough to have some of my other childhood ponies.  <3

My first pony was Locket. My original one was lost to fire but my friend replaced her for me not so long ago.

I still have my childhood Twilight in near mint condition :p

My first recollection of My Little Pony was getting Braided Beauty and the Brush Me Beautiful Boutique for either my birthday or X-mas when I was a kid. I'm pretty sure that she was my first.
Sadly I don't have any of my childhood G1s anymore.

PernicketyPony OMG the Nosy Bear! I had the red one with popcorn in it's nose when I was a kid.

she's in a decent condition apart from her hair but I don't think I´ll ever rehair her.

My first pony was G2 Ivy with the Pretty Parlor. She's not perfect - she's got a few hair plugs missing but it's barely noticeable. Her hair was in shabby condition until I fixed it up.

Same here! But all of my g2s and horse toys are gone now :/

My first foray into ponies again was buying Rainbow Dash and Rarity at TRU together, wave 1.

my first pony was moonstone, and she's the only surviving childhood pony i have. she was always my favourite and went everywhere and did everything with me. suffice to say, she's in terrible shape. her tail is gone, her symbols are very scuffed, she's discolored to a dingy beigebluegrey and apparently i chewed on her horn when i was scared.

i'm currently trying to restore her a bit. she's been scrubbed and cleaned and is now sunfading a bit. i've even found her a new tail!

G1 Skydancer.... I dunno what happened to her, she is the only original which I know longer have.....But she has been replaced by a minty one now...

If anyone ever finds a Skydancer with an A written on each of her back hooves in chunky blue marker she was probably mine.

Sherbert. I recall my grandma used to buy ponies for me and my sister, I found her last year in the basement in a bag along with the rest of our ponies but she is the only one I actually remember that I played with quite often. She actually have faint pen marks of my name under her hoof too. lol 
She is quite loved as she have paint wear and begins to bald now, but hey I love her anyway. I think of her as an old friend in their later years.

The first I remember getting was the G3 Applejack and Spring Fever set. I lost them at some point over the years, but I bought them again over ebay

Tootie Tails and Daffodil - those were the first two I got. My dad bought them for me while he was in England. I still have these two as well as the rest of my childhood herd.

Oh, Butterscotch was my first pony. I remember the first time I saw the commercial and HAVING to have a My Little Pony. I also remember being at the store to buy her. I still have her and she's not in terrible shape; she's had a bit of a haircut and her butterflies have faded. But considering how much she was played with and Loved, she's doing pretty good. LOVE her!

My first pony was Moonstone.   I always used her as a boy pony, and he was the "king" of my herd.  (His wife was TAF Buttons).
