Wow, it's so lovely to see how everyone's doing. I'm proud of everyone.

My specialist is worried again, hopefully my next two clinics will go a little better.. Thing is, if I should eat, I feel horribly nauseous and it's ever so offputting. It's not like I need to be put off any more, wow.. My stomach really hates me at the moment. :c

Well getting up to speed....its been a crash week. Sat 0 Sun 0 and Mon 1 for cleaning....I just went on a lazy bindge....my hubbie was gone on business and it always makes me lazy...then I got hungry and ate a huge thing of crown...got sick and that was that...same thing on Sun...ate too much and got sick....not really proud of that happening. It happens now and again where all I want to do is eat....is mostly because I am lonely...I only really have friends online...and I can not be online all the time...so when my hubbie is gone I just feel alone....I know someday I might find a friend that is close and wants me around...I have such a hard time finding friends.....I also found out that my mom burned 30 or more G1 ponies when I was a kid....because they got gross when she made me put them in the attic....I looked for years for them....so that has been hard to deal with. I have a major head ach today....so who knows if I will work out today....I have a role to shoot for and I feel I have gained 10 pounds:( So here is to just getting back on my feet.

In January of this year, my husband had to go off to the other side of the country and at the same time, all of our friends there deployed. I totally know that lonely feeling.

While my husband was gone, I literally spent 99% of my time online. I looked up webcomics, I chatted on forums, I spammed Facebook, I got on my dA account and started following a dozen groups and several dozen artists. I played games, I used tumblr, anything I could find that interested me. I hardly ate anything because I engrossed myself with the internet. Heck, I think I turned on the TV maybe twice. A couple times a day I would get up from the computer and play a couple rounds of DDR. Less food and more DDR had me 10 pounds lighter by the end of January.

I understand the health thing. My weight loss earlier this year was halted by my arthritic knee not behaving and that is starting to happen again. Health problems make developing healthy habits really hard.

Yipes, only 22 points. But I am feeling all better and thank heaven the heat has died down for a day. I should get a membership to the pool so I can swim when it's hot because I HATE running in 90+ weather. (Yep, I am a wuss).

I have been doing great at drinking my water and not snacking. I have not been doing well at avoiding fast food or sugary things (ice cream). I did buy a popsicle maker and I want to make my own healthy popsicles  for when it gets too hot.

Also still not doing so good at managing my time so I can fit in workouts/runs.

I did finally realize that I need to try a new anti-depressant. I have been on mine for 15 years and it just has not been working for the past year. It's gotten pretty bad lately. That means finding a new psych. I HATE that. But I will go do it right now.

Thankyou I have severe fibromyalgia so am in constant chronic pain. Some days it's manageable, sometimes it isn't. Past week or so hasn't been that great. the fatigue and spasms that come with it are also trying at the best of times but when I'm really, really hurting it all gets a bit much. But I'm lucky, it could be a lot worse

I accidentally dropped my laptop on Wednesday night and borked my hard-drive. It's currently being sent out for service, but since I don't expect to get any of that information back... well. Fortunately, I have a lot of online back-ups and I won't lose TOO much.

Thursday-Monday I was at a Convention in Washington. I thought that there would be internet access, and there was but only for another $15 a day. I just wasn't willing to do that since I had my phone. I apologize for not posing sooner. This week's challenge will be up later this evening, presuming I get all caught up with everything else.

It's been a crazy up and down week for me. I've had a lot going on but I am SO , SO sorry for my post not going through. It's for just that reason that I hate posting with my phone.

Thank you! It's on it's way to get fixed now. Fortunately I have a 3 year accidental damage warranty on it. It was just super stressful since I was leaving for vacation on Thursday morning.

I also had a 15 page research paper that I lost entirely, fortunately, I was able to talk with the teacher and I got an A in the class despite not being able to turn it in. I'm just, trying to get everything put back together.

I'm also really glad I had a back-up laptop to work with!

FINALLY! A two point day. And I am also finally coming out of the funk I've been in for a week. Gah, that sucks so bad, but at least it didn't develop into a full-on depression. I'm recommitting to this, I can do better than I've been doing. Here's to being better today than I was yesterday and better tomorrow than I am today.

Just a small heads up and apology for not checking in and being on here.  My great uncle is in the hospital and might not live, my mom's cousin has severe cancer that is really advanced, and I just found out Monday I will likely be moving to Houston.  *cries*  My world is crashing down, right before my birthday.  it's not fun at all....so i am trying.  I've not lost a single pound, but I am at least trying to do better with eating, working out, etc, and so far, that is going ok.  =]  I am jut struggling to take the weight off.  Either way though, good habits are being established.  So yeah. that is why I am a bit MIA, also, my mom is flipping her lid over me moving, all because she doesn't want me to leave her...it's a mess.

Thank you...I hate Houston, I've been a small town girl all my life, and now I am losing everything....my town, my church, friends, dojo, school, work, all of it.  It's a mess, but I know it's what my husband needs to get a foot in in his field.  It's just really painful for me, especially since my om is being a nightmare about it.  Poor Salli had a call from me today about it all...it was such a mess.  I don't want to go, but we are planning on moving back here when he gets the experience he needs.  We just love our small town too much to not come back....
