Done good the last two days... But only get 2 points for food/diet cause no exercise the last two days. I stretched a muscle or tendon in my right hip while bellydancing so took a couple days to let it heal some. It feels better today, so tomorrow - back to the exercising.

Went to an old friend's house for dinner and had grilled pizza!  It was amazing and actually pretty healthy.  Homemade gluten-free crust, almond/lemon/olive oil instead of sauce, with strawberries, arugula, onions, and goat cheese!  I picked off the cheese (I hate cheese), but it was amazing otherwise.  Grilling pizza might be my new favorite way to cook it!

I groaned out loud for you when I read this, Surfstar.  Thank goodness your teacher was understanding.  I'm glad you are okay - even if your computer is not so healthy. 

Wednesdays are always hard for me to exercise because I spend all day at the auction.  I walked there and back though with is about 18 mins each way so I'll give myself .5 for exercise.  I have been eating well again today too so + 1.5

Also, I am sitting here tonight having a Jim Beam with my 8kg ear-rings on!!!!  Yes, I chose a special pair of ear-rings that I promised to buy myself when I hit the 8kg mark - which I did this morning!  :frolic:

I still can't seem to fit any smaller clothers, but my bigger ones are looser and I feel a lot more energetic.  :)

I had a reality check last night. Got taken to A&E after hours of chest pains. :(

After multiple ECGs and bloods, they said that there isn't much they could do.. Basically, anorexia is starting to put a little strain on my heart. I was allowed home with painkillers, still feeling a little rough but not as bad.

My specialist called, for the next 24hrs I have to be supervised by my mother.. We're not overly sure how my weight is yet, but now I've been made more aware what it's doing to my body.. :yikes:

Sorry to hear that, SurfStar! Sounds like a pain, but you're keeping it together. :hug:

TexasGal, I feel bad for you having to deal with all of that. :( Moving is hard, but you can do it. I know you'll be missing your small town. I still miss mine (in Fremont, NE) & I haven't lived there in yeeears. But life goes on! Mom will be a 5-hour drive away, that's not too too bad. The hubs needs your support. Hang in there! :hug:

BrightSide, it's so hard for me to understand your situation... I'm probably your antithesis, but I get that you've been traveling a long bumpy road just as I have. I don't wish heart complications on anyone. Take care of yourself, doll. :hug:

No worries surfstar...we all have things happen. I am glad you ar ok..i was getting a bit worried:) and maybe a week with no challenge is a good thing...gives us all time to focus on our goals:)

Texasgal....i am small town too. It took me 5 years to come back...but its nice to be back...the city was fun si try and enjoy it. My mom battled a cancer that kept coming back..last summer she had to have a surgery that would save her or we would say good bye.....she bit..its been a year....she says the power of prayer or positive thinking from herself and other got her through it.....sending good vibes to you and yor family.

I think all of us are having a bit of a rough patch..only 1 on tuesday...just was really tired from my head ach.

Congrats to all ove you for putting effot...yes we all want to cross the finish line...but the journey is what gets you there...learning the good path helps you to stay on that path pass the finish line..proud of you all:)

Have not checked in in a while, and I haven't been doing so well :(. But I'm getting back in the groove today! I went to the Fair (which was awesome!) and tried my best to eat healthy, and I got a lot of walking around exercise. The drive down and back was awful though. No exercise and fast food for 2 days! I feel sluggish and gross now but I'm determined to get back on track!

Yeah I just got back from the fair the other night too Renee and lots of fast food for me as well. There was just nothing else to eat! I didn't do too terrible though, stuck to pizza and water at the fair then had small meals for dinner. It sucked though, when i got back my work pants are super tight again @_@ Even with all the walking i did at the fair and in the airport! argh.

I'll be having 1-point days for a while. My arthritis hasn't been medicated since April and my knee is beginning to swell. Boo. I'm functional, but I can't get my medication until next week, so I can't be stomping on a DDR pad until then. I will be out and about this weekend, so I will likely get some extra points then. Until that time, I'm going to be extra-mindful of what I eat. Try to keep the calories fabulously low and hopefully I won't backslide at all. I'd be happy to just stay on track.

Stupid frigging knee. Thank goodness I have an amazing GI doctor.

2 points yesterday. Though the rest of the month I may not get my exercise in. I'm currently doing an online 3 credit 3 week course through school. 0.o So much work sitting in front of the computer is going to be my life until 7/27

I've yet to add up all my points.. I think I have around 40 I've been doing really well with my habits though this class is going to ruin my schedule!  :sad:
