Ok so I got the final word on sales. Basicly they said no cash transaction on site. However that would not prevent us from going just outside the park property to exchange money or pre sales or paypal transactions.

I am interested in comming. There would be two adults, and I think I need a few more baits. Plus I sort of want to show of my new customised pony! It needs to be a bit closer before I will know for sure if we can come.

Sounds good! It may be easier to do  pre-sales, we can just post up pics/lists of what we have (cut down down on hauling all our stuff).

Ok now that things have calmed down at work I can focus on the meet again.

I think we should do 2 activities besides sales/trades (not at park) and eating.
Earlier in the thread there were several suggestions for games does anyone want to volunteer to set up and supply a game?
If you want to team up to do set up a game that works as well.
What do you guys think??

sorry I know you asked for other things,.... but can we "display" our ponies for sale/trade and take a "pledge" roster to later do sales exchanges with?  or are we completely prohibited from displaying anything?

display is not the same as actually selling. I plan to bring my items and make selling arrangements for after the meet or just take a walk around the corner so as to not be on park property.

I will be coming with gabumon. Sorry I am late replying to this. I was told about it but was unaware it was RSVP. And I have a friend that is trying to get an account on the Arena. We are both G4 collectors but we both have an appreciation for the older generations. Is this OK if we come or does this throw a wrench in gears?
Yes we are "Bronies" but we don't fit the bill of what most internet Bronies are.

YES I know what I will bring for the potluck. I will bring those sugar cookies. That is what I will bring.
And you need to switch it to 2 adults. Until my friend gets his arena profile he will be going with me.
