There's a New Pony on the Loose

Hello everyone. I'm Yuru. I'm 24, married and I'm new to MLP collecting (my childhood was desolate and pony-less, ha ha!). My husband is in the military. Any other military folk around here? We're Air Force.


I only started collecting My Little Pony a couple weeks ago, but I've been a Pokémon collector for well over a year now. My favorite MLP generation to collect is easily G3. They're just so cute!


I'm a big Pinkie Pie fan. As my husband puts it, "100% of Gir fans are Pinkie Pie fans." I do watch MLP:FiM and my husband pretends he's not watching it when he totally is.  :lol:

WElcome, pinkie pie is my fav too! My husband is in the Navy, he did 6 years as a nuke engineer on a carrier but is now in the reserves.

Woohoo, fellow Pinkie Pie fan! Do you prefer Reserves to Active Duty? I swear the military drives me nuts sometimes. He's staying in for the full 20 (gag) and going for an NCO position, which I'm sure will make me want to stab everyone regularly. LOL!


Oh, he was Munitions, so less devastating stuff than your husband. He just switched careers and went Public Affairs. We just passed his 6-year mark and he signed for another 4, 'cause he's obviously a sadomasochist.
