Your attention please! Do you want a pony meet this year? We've got to get planning unless you want it in August. I plan to take some vacation time up this summer but need to put in at least 3 weeks notice. Also if anybody has picture of last year's meet or info about hosting (about what would it cost me) it would help. The planning board has been dead.

I'm in Kaukauna if I host it. It will be a squeeze but I have a huge yard so if its nice we can do a lot of sitting out there on lawn chairs.

I'm in Oregon so it'd be a southern meet if I was to host (using my grandma's spacious basement ). August may be tricky for me though
