Angel Bunny is totally the G4 revamp of Moochick's Rabbit.

Umm, yeah, like it says.  They have almost the exact same personalities... except I think the Moochick's rabbit was a guy, was maybe slightly better-tempered.  Like, he looked like he'd do a faceplant and shake his head when his master screwed up, where I think Angel Bunny would silently scream Fluttershy out.

And I dunno.  I just assumed with a name like Angel, s/he was a girl... then again, look at Buffy the Vampire Slayer (shrugs).

Yeah, I wasn't sure Angel was a boy because of the name, but that was the impression I had. I could be wrong.

What a spot! You are right there are some seriously close comparisons...I can pretty much imagine Angel *face-planting* sometimes.

I'm pretty sure Angel is a boy. Fluttershy is the kind of pony who would give a bunny the name Angel regardless of gender.

Angel bunny is a boy on the two part episode of Season Two of FiM 'grey' Fluttershy says this, "Good boy, Angel! Mamma's so proud!" This was after Angel (with those weird legs) tramples Twilight with help of other bunnies I think she also gives a clue in "Putting your hoof down" episode... I need to rewatch that one.

I'm not familiar with Moochick's rabbit though o_O
