The things I like:
Can waaay under-price ponies 
Make big pony lots with rare ponies cheap!


Things I Hate:
Over pricing common ponies/lots
Calling them improper names like "pink horse with color hair" (So we cant find them! They should know ponies are usually pastel with color hair!)

What are things you've seen that you love or hate on eBay?

Or when a sellers list a random MLP in a huge lot of fakies, driving up the postage cost for one pony you want :/

....This. Then when you ask them, they'll usually say they don't know much about it other than it has some "spots on it that should come out with cleaning" or something very vague even if you describe what you're looking for.....

Ebay and I have a love/hate relationship too.  But no matter what you are looking for, it is always there.

I hate when  the "buy it now"  price is super low, but the shipping is like $10-$15!!!
I understand international mail IS more expensive, but when it's within the U.S there's no excuse!

That's what I say about ponies I see on Shop Goodwill... the shipping really annoys me... but most of those are due to the weight of the package... if it's just one or two ponies then yeah no excuse for upping the shipping

THIS!!!!!  How about it costs like *$3* to ship a pony within the US, not $11.  That drives me nuts.

Calling G3 ponies "vintage." Ran across that a lot today. Also advertising a "vintage MLP lot" that has one chewed up common G1 pony and half a dozen or more G3 & G4 McDs ponies, and wanting a starting bid of 19.99 for it.

Not disclosing if you're selling from a smoking house. I didn't ask and got a package that reeked of smoke, so much that I eventually gave the item to the thrift store (not a pony, thankfully!). Now I always ask if it does not specify.

Like: Lots of variety--you can generally count on finding what you want if you look long enough.

Dislike:  So many things really, but the biggest lately is ridiculously overpriced items that the sellers relist over and over again, seemingly oblivious to the fact that no one is interested in their $30 Peachy.  Also non-MLP items that come up in the MLP listing, e.g., Keypers and other 80s niche items.  Arrrghh.
