Reviving my collection post off the archived forums!  Looks like I failed to update it when Baby Lofty arrived. I'll have to guess as to when she got here

 My collection is all G1s. All those from year 9 and year 10 I bought (well, I was 5, so technically my mom bought 'em...), the others I've gotten through tag sales and flea markets. I've just started collecting again for the first time since I was a kid.

With the price I spent to get Baby Lofty all the way from Brazil, I've decided to take a break from seeking out new ponies for my collection for a while. Of course, that doesn't mean I won't grab up any if I happen upon them at any sort of tag sale or second hand shop! That's really my favorite way to add to collections. Much as I have a want list, beyond my crown jewel (Baby Lofty) my ponies seem so much more special when they find me instead of me seeking out any specific one of them.

Thank you! The group was formed by the girl dressed as Peppermint Crunch, since it was her favorite pony as a kid. I decided I wanted to buy a Coco Berry as a reference (and just to have) and when I found a lot of her with 3 other Sundae Best ponies I decided I needed to complete the set! It was a lot of fun to pose with them at the con too--helped identify us in the sea of FiM cosplays* =/ We plan on completing the set of costumes some day too!

*Nothing against FiM, I actually like it, but it's overpopularity makes me a sad pony because it drowns out any of the G1/MLP&F references/content to the point some people barely know they exist!
