I usually see them sell for $10-20, depending on condition/rarity. He looks pretty detailed, I wonder if he was a special release.

In package they seem to sell between 35-50. Trying to find a loose one...

I'd say a loose one in good, clean shape to be PC'd at between 20-30. They seem to sell everytime one goes up on ebay.
