404 Error: Logic Not Found!

Oh yeah, I emailed tech support for my MP3 player as it's not working. I said the problem and that I'd tried the suggested solutions and they didn't work. So I got an email back and got something along the lines of:
Oh hey, you say this is the problem try this solution that you've already tried and say it doesn't work.

Oh and Tumblr telling me they can't get someone in trouble for spamming people with a 'screamer' link as they value freedom of expression and that because I find the content offensive (what?) it's not enough of a reason.

I'm still always amused that hairdryer tags say "do not use in the bath or shower".

Why have two different weather conditions that mean the same thing? If it's Party Cloudy out, it's therefore also Mostly Sunny out.  If it's Mostly Sunny out, then it's also Partly Cloudy.
