Now at least CC is complete. Still very sorry for the boxes. As is said before (well i think i said) there was really no need to wrip the boxes apart.

How odd that considering we all know the issues with Italian customs that it was opened even before it left Venezuela...I looked at the "prohibited export" list for Venezuela...clearly plastic toy ponies does not appear on it

Oh wow . nobody expected that the parcel was already opened in Venezuela - all thought that was happened at Italy customs.
I hope the Venezuelien side can help to find a solution.

How could they be so careless? Even if they didn't know anything about the value of the pony, the only other assumption is that it's a child's toy and the fact that they left it in such a mess makes me so angry. How can people be so mean and thoughtless?!
