I use cheap stuff.....like Suave apple scented conditioner. I love the way it smells...yummy!

I use Suave too. I recently just ran out of the "sea breeze" scent and I love the way it makes my ponies' hair smell. I don't use shampoo either, just conditioner, because it makes it so much easier to work out knots and it makes the pony's hair feel very, very soft.

I personally use whatever I'd use on my hair, I believe my ponies deserve the best quality (I won't use expensive on more than 10 ponies though as I don't have a disposable income!!) Tehe, but to be honest, if you are cleaning more than about 10, I buy huge quantities of good/medium shampoo because buying batches is cheaper, I use Herbal essences (Like I do for my hair, I choose the one that corresponds with the ponies hair type, if frizzy I choose frizz ease by John Frieda, i use the gel stuff, it's super expensive but I have never seen anything work such wonders!) I use Tresemme huge bottles (Super cheap and salon quality, about £3.00 for giant bottles that last about 4 months maybe more) for conditioner, but if it is just for a few very special ponies, I start with Herbal essences, then I use Loreal conditioner, then John frieda gel. Hope this helps! >.< xxx

I use all in one shampoo/conditioner for kids on mine, it dried out my Lady Babys tail though.

I use Dawn dish soap.  And Aussie 3-Minute Miracle conditioner.  I tried the fabric softener and it didn't seem to work as well for me, but maybe I didn't leave it in long enough...

It probably doesnt matter but I do try and use as scent free and colour free as possible....usually its Johnsons Baby Shampoo! I tend to have plenty of that around the house so thats what gets used!

I use some of the little travel shampoo things I have that never really get used. It makes my pony's hair smell all fruity for a few days after I use it, too. c:

I use whatever I have for my hair at the time, which is usually cheap Fructis shampoo and conditioner. As long as it rinses off cleanly, I'll use it on my ponies.

I use whatever I'm using - which is Herbal Essences for straight or coloured hair. Works like a treat, plus makes my ponies smell ultra ultra ULTRA scrummy!!

Dish soap is best for cleaning pony hair. Fabric softener also works way better than conditioner. Pony hair is plastic and is not at all like human hair. It's best to avoid any build up and just use cleaning products.

I love fabric softener!  It works amazing in pony hair:)

I use baby shampoo because its free of dye and chemicals and its also really lightweight on the hair, I tried treseme shampoo but it didn't leave the hair as soft and fluffy. And for conditioner I use treseme, I haven't tried any other conditioners though.
