Does align centre work in sigs anymore? Mine is just kinda like, there. Oh, and is it okay to post in the the adoptables forum?

Have you checked your settings to make sure that you 'allow' members to see you are online?

The align function should work fine.  I'm not sure what you are doing wrong.  *waits for a sig mod to come along*

I've found photo's to load quite quickly.  As much as I have heard so far nobody else is experiencing problems.
