Personally, original hair is always going to win with me in my collection. But it's a pretty common pony, easy to find a cheap upgrade if you sell both.

That said, I'd rather you keep the rehaired pony for the simple fact that if you sell it, it might eventually and accidently get resold as one having original hair,  since it's such a close match.  Is it marked, so any new owners know it's new hair?

I would think the first will clean up very nicely? The marks seem to be removable. What have you tried already? You can fix her hair as well. I think she will be great for display after putting in some effort ;).

And if you really want a better-looking one. I have one I think. She is small so the shipping won't be too bad (a few euro).

the marks are inside the vinyl. been trying to clean with acetone both from the inside and the outside, so trust me, its not coming off  :(

yeah, but shipping to norway can be stupidly expensive so i like to find one locally. but as you said; she's not that uncommon, and i will most likely stumble past one again. i just want to have one on display till that day comes. 

i always notify byers if the pony is rehaired or otherwise restored (:
