Ive had this same person mess with my auctions. They bid up my auction then retracted it. I got mad and blocked them. Then they made new ID's & bid it up again at the last second of the auction (with two different accounts to get it high  ) then  never paying &"No longer a registered user"
The user was Berryprincess & Magicforesttreasures.  got my fvf credited back.
This person is truely unstable.
Sorry to find out she has messed with other people's auctions too.
