I am so tempted to go wake my cat up and sit her next to a stack of apples to test this out

I am a geek, I think its cool when people work this kind of thing out Although I admit they are making the assumption that the butterfly in Equestria is the same size as the butterfly in our world...what if its evolved much smaller...or much larger...*mind blown*

Interesting! But it says "I used the size of the monarch butterfly to work out the real size of a pony" - which is genius except monarch butterflies are not 25cm, they are more like 10cm, therefore the sizing of the pony is inaccurate.

Yeah, I saw the pic and the first thing I thought was, "That monarch's awfully big..." xD
