Thats neat that you guys/gals meet other collectors :)

Speaking of blind bags, we still have wave 1 here. I used the codes for my collection which I completed earlier in the year...but today I was checking out the box in the Warehouse, yep still wave 1... but I kid you not, I could not for the life of me find the codes on the bags..very bizzare

BTW, where did you see the BB at TRU? In the pony aisle? I didn't even see a box for them! I saw Bridle Friend Fluttershy, the Flower Fillies and a couple other ponies, but didn't see the BB. Maybe I was looking in the wrong place :P

if its anything like our TRU here then they dont keep them in the box, they hang them up on hooks, i missed them all the time too until i knew were to look xD, they also keep moving them, i think depending on the amount of stock. Wave one was hanging on the side of an endcap, but wave three is hanging right next to the normal mlp stuff.

I feel like there's a least one other pony collector or brony near me, since the blind bags go fast at my TRU, and the boxes always looks well-rummaged through (my TRU is obnoxious, in that they have them both in the display box AND hanging a little farther down the aisle, and the location of the ponies changes minutely all the time, so you have to ransack the whole aisle to make sure you didn't miss something)(and right now, just to be a tease, they have a Wave 3 box... full of Wave 1 bags. It's just cruel. Or the local bronies got to the Wave 3 before me, and they just chucked whatever else in the box)(which makes me wonder if there's several local bronies. Hmmm.).

I'd love to run into someone else my age also hunting ponies, but I don't know if it would end up being awesome, or just awkward.

The blind bags at Kmart were pretty cleared out compared to the last time I went there, and as someone above me said, they looked like they had been looked through. Also, when I got my Cadence and Rainbow glitter blindbags set, the people who pulled it out for me (or were holding it) in the electronics section mentioned that they'd been admiring them before I picked them up, they liked them and asked who they were for. I nervously said I was a collector and they seemed to have a positive reaction so it made me wonder just a bit! It would be cool to bump into someone else who was a collector, at the same time I don't know though, I don't do well with social situations offline and might just make them feel awkward. XD

Lol, the sales person at the TRU automatically assumed I was a collector.  She also knew about the codes.

So, I am late on the blind bag boat.  There are 5 waves but we are only seeing Wave 1s mostly in the US?  Is that correct?

So far we've gotten waves 1, 3, and 4.

No idea as to whether or we'll be getting wave 2 here.

There's a lot of fans that are not on the arena. I just met a brony when I was cashiering yesterday at work. He bought a pack of the new fim trading cards and was wearing the employee uniform. Turns out he's a new co-worker! We talked on break and I told him about the arena. Hopefully he'll join us soon! First pony fan I've met in person. :)

How fun to find another pony fan! DD was excited since we got a blue sparkly pony today. She runs around with it going "Blu! Pretty horsey!"

btw - how neat to see some people from Mobile on here. I have tons of family there and about (Grand Bay too).

Bronies are considered male I think...I think females are called pegasisters...either way, yeah she must be a fan^^

That's a misconception and I've been annoyed many times when some girl takes it upon herself to speak on the behalf of all females and claim that's the term we prefer. Personally, I abhor the term because I think it's a ridiculously ugly word. Like others have already said, it's a personal preference. I call everyone, male and female alike, "brony" unless they specifically request something else.

Thank you  On youtube I said I was a brony in my reviews and everyone freaked out! It's so annoying!!

That's Youtube for you though. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than in the comments section. I think it's up to the individual to call themselves whatever they want. After all, we're all fans here!
