I thought we might go with a cutie mark theme this time since gosh knows there are a gazillion ponies between all generation and we DO tend to have a lot of overlapping mark themes.. So this week we have the lovely Honeycomb, Bumblesweet, and Honey Buzz. You can draw one or all or whatever you feel. visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or loginpics from pinterest and strawberryreef's rocking site. That's right! A picture thread. I don't think we've had one of these in awhile. I'm a nosy person who switches purses a lot and I have to carry around a lot of junk on a regular basis(mostly for work and the fact that I tend to roll into work 10 minutes after rolling out of bed. P:). Right now I'm using a small backpack for all my work biz but I'm kind of in love with how much stuff I can fit in here. I'll go first! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginWhen I spread it all out it feels like a bunch but I usually have room a lot of room to spare. The heavier food stuff tends to live in minifridges at my jobs and well they loose their weight throughout the day. Coffee mug, tea/juice hybrid drink, sparkling water P:, 1-2 containers of food things(sometimes these are wrapped in a ziplock bag), sketch pad, planner, random reading materials, deodorant, hand sanitizer, face scrub, lotion, fragrance(this is only an occasional resident), tooth brush, toothpaste, somekind of gum/toothpick thing, mints!, mascara, hair clips, ALL of the keys, phone screen wipes, outlet box, DS, [cards, phone and cord not featured]. These are the general contents of my bag usually minus 2-4 smaller items depending on my needs. If I don't have work, I use a much smaller purse and just carry my keys, ds, phone+cord, and my cards. Your turn!

I had a particularly odd one last night. I dreamt that I was having a super awesome and chill lunch with Stevie Nicks and then John Mayer came up to show Stevie his new armpit tattoo that basically said "Stevie's little bear cub." She was very flattered; apparently dream John Mayer is also a super fan. But Stevie had to go play at jazzfest so John Mayer dropped me off at Martha Stewart's concert where everyone, audience included, had to wear sparkly dresses and we all got to eat some pretty awesome finger foods. I don't even know...

I haven't drawn in ages but I sketched this up yesterday and just finished the inking an hour ago. I apologize for the poor picture quality and size. For a moment I was mildly concerned about how anatomically incorrect the sucker distribution was, but then I realized how absurd the idea of an octopus pony is so I just went with it. I hope you all enjoy! Coloring to eventually come. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I was browsing through kimsites for funsies this morning and started thinking about my childhood herd of ponies and trying to remember who all I had. I'm ashamed to admit that my memory was QUITE foggy on this matter. However I do recall having these ladies and gentleman: Wavedancer Skyflier Hihflyer Strawberry Surprise(she smells so good!) Sugar Sweet Beachball Daddy Sweet Celebrations Star Dancer Tootie Tails Bright Nights Seashell Bride Pony Rosey Love Garden glow And two awesome fakies. Haha. In retrospect that's quite a solid amount of ponies for a little kid.
Who all was in your childhood collection?

Mine did, especially if i had to clean them with acetone or well any sort of cleaner. And then I tried rubbing a thin layer of gloss sealer on them and now they're translucent and glossy like new! Try it out. Revive those sparkles! Just thought I'd share. <3

I had a sudden burning need to know what other people are doing for New Years Day. Haha Personally I'm hanging out at home and doing boring stuff like house clearning, assembling a shelf, dyeing my hair. I'll probably ending up making a food and reading some comics at some point as well.
What about you?

Pretend all the practical stuff is paid for! If you were was rich as Oprah and you could spend your money on whatever frivolous, ridiculous things you wanted, what would you spend it on? Obvious answers like ponies and travel do not count. We are in Off Topic after all If I were Oprah Rich, I would have a room devoted to fancy gloves. Shelves of fake arms and hands to model them, the hands wear one and hold it's mate. Very sophisticated with mood lighting and elevator music. And in the center of the room there would be King Glove. I might even make a crown of gold hands to put atop him. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe best part is that I almost never wear gloves even when it's cold. Your turn!

visitors can't see pics , please register or loginBecause drawing umbrellas is butts across the board which is why it looks a little edward gorey-esque in comparison to the rest of the pic. True Facts. This afternoon my friend suggested that I draw a "lacy parasol" pony and so I did. I hope you like her!
