I got this dog from my grandmother when she died (more precisely my mum got it, I was only five at the time, and she then gave it to me). I call him Lassie because I thought Lassie was a boy when I was a kid and I always remeber admiring him when we vere visiting my grandmother. Recently I've started to wonder when and where he is from, there's no tag or anything, and my google skills aren't much use either. I realize it's a long shot but if you know anything at all or can point me in a sort of general direction where I can find more info I'd appreciate it very much. Here he is: visitors can't see pics , please register or login(The collar is not original, I put it on him myself ages ago. Heh.)

So I got this Home Ick Frankie a while ago (before I found out she was going to be re-released so she wasn't very cheap either...), when she arrived everything looked awesome except... she's a total gluehead. Darn it, I thought and put her on my shelf while I figured out what to do with her. Later I read the glue seepage thread which inspired me to try my cat's ear cleaning oil thingy (mostly tea tree oil in it... Also, my cat doesn't need it anymore) on Frankie Gluestein's hair. It sorta worked somewhat and she sat on my shelf for a bit again. Sooo, today I decided that what the heck I'll try some baby oil to get rid of that pesky glue. Great idea! Not. While I think most of the glue stickiness disappeared, the white hair turned yellowish, which I could totally live with, the worst part is that, somewhere between the oil treatment and the dish soap washes, most of her eye decals fell off... Now I have a completely ruined Frankie and I'm not a customizer, trying to repaint such tiny things will probably drive me bonkers... Anyone got any ideas...?

The last few days I have been weirdly productive when it comes to art. But not a particularly serious way. See, I have a friend who calls herself Humla (Bumblebee) and I guess that's were it all started... Part one: visitors can't see pics , please register or login(She wrote somewhere that bumblebees don't like deep waters so I thought I'd draw her a lifebuoy...) Part two: visitors can't see pics , please register or login(It's been so darn cold lately...) Part three: visitors can't see pics , please register or login(This requires a bit of explanation, I suppose. It's a Sumla - a portmanteau of "semla" and "humla". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semla Part four: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginDumla - another portmanteau - "Dumle" and "humla". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DumlePart five: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe Bumblebee umlaut... And then there's this: visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnother friend of mine wanted a drawing of his own when he saw the bublebees, so I he got this in exchange for a White Finland, lol.

I've spent so much time with Photoshop the past weeks but I can't show you anything yet. I have a friend who wants a custom of his pony persona. The thing is that it's supposed to have his own hair colour but I have no idea what colours to order (from Dollyhair), I get all confused by all the choices. I'm guessing I'll need to do some sort of blend to get it to look natural... So, all you hair experts, what do I do? Here he is: visitors can't see pics , please register or login(thumbnail)Any help is appreciated!

I'm back! It took a trip to the biggest annual fleamerket thingy to remember that yes, I do love my ponies (however I'm thinking of downsizing the collection). Last year I only found a sad little G3 Wysteria so this year I didn't expect to find anything at all. Boy, was I wrong! There were ponies everywhere! These are the ones that got to go home with me (I would have bought them all if I didn't feel like a greedy little pig already, lol). Bridal Beauty was the first one I found. She's so white! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginPinwheel is even more awesome. Can't believe she's almost 30 years! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginBaby Fifi came with a Lickety Split bag (one with a brushable tail) but I forgot to take a photo of it. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnd a couple of Euro mummies... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login....Aaaaaand Ruby!
