« on: April 04, 2016, 06:18:58 PM »
Ok, so only one pokemon plush, most of mine are at my parents currently so it's taking me a while to get them up for sale. But if you're looking for particular pokemon send me a PM and I'll sort through what I have :)I'll try and get them up soon.

Thanks! Yeah our highschool art program was very good at giving us lots of things to try. unfortunately I was pretty lazy >_< So i didn't take advantage of it as much as I could! Oh if I could go back and yell at old me!

I was lucky enough to get my moms old set of oil paints. I think they're still at her house though, but they're really fun. Um, I like the smell  I guess theyre toxic but.. well you're not going to hurt yourself with it unless you're putting it in your mouth or not washing your hands ever  I bet your style would lend itself wonderfully to oil painting though, omg! :lovey:

I will probably do different colors! I've done this brown and the mint green so far.. I guess I'll have to see what I end up printing on, I'm not sure. I could do cheap canvas bags maybe or something. originally I wanted to do a gradient of colors on the print but I only have one brayer and by the time I washed it and added more ink the other colors would be dry

Lol thanks! I used to love making prints like this so I'm excited to start doing it again. Boy I miss being in high school and being able to use the materials there for free! I should have taken more advantage of that!!

I added a new image of what I ended up with. Lace did not end up working because I don't have the right kind of paint rollers and stuff.. and I can't really afford to get more materials right now >_<

I would go try with Target. I've never worked there but at the place I work we can do returns with the card you used as well. If they don't do that they should be able to give you partial back at least, or store credit.

I only feed wet food because dry food gives my cat seizures but the brand I use, Natural Balance, makes an ok dry food too. Their best is the Limited Ingredient Diet. I'm on a pretty small budget as well. They still have fillers in them especially the dry food, but they're at least a little higher quality.

I wonder if I should post some non pony art too? I've been working on an indie game and I have some other misc art lol!

For Sale - For Auction / Soft Sleepy Newborn Pink Dreams

I have the soft sleepy newborn Pink Dreams for sale :) $80 Shipped in the US

Main flaw which I'll post pics of below is that she looks like she's been laying on something on one side- she has marks that I couldn't get off with acetone. Other side is absent these marks :) side with the rest of the body marks has some lightly overlapping the symbol, other side has a scuff on the symbol that isn't shiny like the rest.

Hair is soft but does need to be straightened (i don't own a straightener so I didn't try ) it was in tight braids before. small streak of green in both hair and tail, looks like someone colored one braid each with yellow highlighter? But they're easy to tuck under the rest of the hair.

Other things- slight pink marks around mouth, maybe from pacifier? teeny tiny dot on face (like pore sized) slight mark on blush, and foot.

Hopefully I got everything. But please take a look at the pics :P Oh, and tail pull mechanism still works :)

And some close up of the marks, these were taken before she was cleaned up so she's a little dirty :) You can see in the pics above that she is not gross and grimy anymore

If I can rig it right I can try dipping the side of her foot in it and seeing if it affects it in any way. Otherwise, I have a friend in so cal who is willing to lend me her windowsill :p

44
No :( I tried scraping. Also it is on part of the symbol. Looks like sunfading is my next step.

Hmmm I tried magic eraser.. took off a fine layer of grime and all the the OTHER marks but no dice on these ones.

i still havent tried 100% acetone.. i have hydrogen peroxide too but its making me nervous, i thought it was mostly for white ponies??
