Gorgeous art! I really like the stickers. They would probably sell very well. Last year I had an "artist alley" booth at a convention for the first time, and certain of my stickers totally sold out. Online, they don't really sell, though. But they were the perfect impulse item at the convention.

Lol thanks! I used to love making prints like this so I'm excited to start doing it again. Boy I miss being in high school and being able to use the materials there for free! I should have taken more advantage of that!!

I added a new image of what I ended up with. Lace did not end up working because I don't have the right kind of paint rollers and stuff.. and I can't really afford to get more materials right now

Looks nice, and really has your style! Good point about doing art in high school- there are so many materials, not to mention teachers and peers to encourage, motivate, and teach new methods! And introduce to new genera. I never did pottery or jewelry (which I'm trying now) but high school allowed me to experiment with all the kinds of paint and 2d art.

I'm thinking about trying oil paints again, but it's a huge investment!!! The paint is WAY expensive, and the technique and materials are so intimidating. Like aren't they way toxic?

Anyhow, back on topic- love the block prints! Will you do different colors?

Thanks! Yeah our highschool art program was very good at giving us lots of things to try. unfortunately I was pretty lazy So i didn't take advantage of it as much as I could! Oh if I could go back and yell at old me!

I was lucky enough to get my moms old set of oil paints. I think they're still at her house though, but they're really fun. Um, I like the smell I guess theyre toxic but.. well you're not going to hurt yourself with it unless you're putting it in your mouth or not washing your hands ever I bet your style would lend itself wonderfully to oil painting though, omg!

I will probably do different colors! I've done this brown and the mint green so far.. I guess I'll have to see what I end up printing on, I'm not sure. I could do cheap canvas bags maybe or something. originally I wanted to do a gradient of colors on the print but I only have one brayer and by the time I washed it and added more ink the other colors would be dry

Oh my gosh I am so excited! Last week I stumbled upon Dainty's art on Etsy and bought two of her original paintings!  She only has three left in her shop, if anyone else is keen!

Thanks ponyqueen! Blah i've just been so busy with my new job lately I haven't been focusing on pony art at all I think for now I'm going to focus on making stuff to bring to the fair, and then once I get back I'll post everything that didnt sell on etsy and start really advertising it lol!
