Oh, I was a tantrum thrower!  But there's a reason why:

My dad would take me to the drug store and every time he'd buy me a toy (I still have the Care Bear Poseables and Sea Wees!)  Didn't matter what the toy was.  It was always: "Go pick something out."

Just like today, the prices for toys at the drug store were insanely high.  My dad had no idea about the prices...he didn't care.  It was just a way to keep me busy, I guess 

One day, my mom took  me to the store.  She had no intention of buying me a toy.  She didn't know that my dad had conditioned me so well.  She had no idea that he was buying me overpriced toys...every. single. trip.

I totally threw a fit (I was about three) as we left the store.  It then happened every time she took me to the drug store.  She had no clue why I was such a brat when went to that particular store...until I told her when I was older where all the various toys came from
