Weird Rituals....

I have 4 different scented conditioners I use- peaches n' cream, strawberry coconut, and black orchid. The scent for each pony is determined by what I think that particular pony would pick. If I don't have the right scent for a pony they don't get spa time till I do.

I guess I don't like to do spa time until right after I've cleaned my bathroom. I'm not going to clean a pony if my sink is (by my tight standards) dirty. Also, I just moved and I hate that I now have a really small bathroom. This doesn't really work well for me because I like to line up my freshly cleaned ponies on the counter in the bathroom. I don't have a counter in my new bathroom so I have to find somewhere else to put them!

I use a T.V. tray to put them on during cleaning/spa day/drying. That way I can move them in and out of the bathroom or out of the way.

I use these certain hand towels/cloth napkins to lay the drying/conditioning ponies on during spa time.  A relative gave us the napkins a long time ago and they're too gaudy to use for actual meals... But perfect for pony spa!

also whenever I find a new technique I HAVE to was all my ponies with the new technique
and I have to wash new ponies I get even If they are perfect...

All new ponies always get a bath and hairwash. All of them, even the new in packet ones. I don't know why, but washing them myself makes me feel better!

That's so cute! I know it's such a little thing, but I remember once when I bought a pony from ebay for the first time and she came with a ribbon she wasn't pictured with...I don't know, I thought it was just the sweetest thing <3

Whenever I receive a pony with ribbon, it has to stay in. I can't bear to remove what some of you guys so lovingly arranged. I especially love Shelty's ponies for this reason.

All my ponies must be washed no matter how clean or dirty they actually are.  I also have to do something with their hair, even if it is just adding a curl or making it wavy.
