My husband is a bigger collector than I am. While I took a 10 year "break" between childhood collecting and collecting now, he never stopped collecting comic books and action figures. I introduced him to how ebay works, and we both went nuts He collects comics, everything Spawn, The Simpsons, Star Wars, some sports and army figures, lots of other comic superhero and movie figures, some original comic art, and now he's gotten into the fancy-shmancy high-end statues. Here's the basement (aka Man Cave)http://spawnboards.com/index.cgi?board=toys&action=display&thread=13039We definitely understand each other and support each other's collections. For those of you that have been to the last several MLP Fairs, he's the brute helping me out at my table. He has as much fun there as he does when we got to comic conventions together
My fiance collects Jurrasic Park dinosaurs to try and complete his childhood collection, which you can imagine makes for a very interesting display shelf
