Yes! It's Tootsie! And she is very green and not yellow at all... at least all the ones that I've had.

I've never had her myself and don't remember seeing her for myself, so my judgement was influenced by photographs I've seen online (which may not give the best colour reproduction). And of course, colour preception can have an impact.
