Big Mac - can anyone tell me more?

Hi all, can anyone tell me a bit more about this guy I just purchased? I worked out that he's not the BAB version. Should he have the big harness too?

Hmm... only two Big Mac plushes were ever released, being listed on MLP Merch, and he definitely isn't either of those. He doesn't really look like the unreleased one either. Symbol and the markings on his hooves are definitely different from that one.

I'm leaning toward him being a fanmade plush. Custom hand made plushes was (is?) a very popular thing in the brony community since so many of them didn't like how official plushes weren't "show accurate".

I'm leaning towards fanmade as well. That's much more detail in the hair than we usually see on official G4 plush.

I believe that's a bootleg plush from Olyfactory. They're the same ones who make all those plushies with the green "12 inches" tag in the corner seems like he's lost his harness, though

Did some quick google searches and I agree w/ Luxray, I think he's an Olyfactory without his yoke, too.

He's from the import (China, I believe?) bootleg line of very well-made plush! I personally think they're better quality in general than a lot of official plushies, actually. Yes, Big Mac did come with a plush harness that you could remove:

I really like him and pleased because I have Pinkie from the same line. I didn't pay much for him in an auction so think it was a good buy. Many thanks so much for giving me all the details. It's a shame that he lost his yoke, maybe someone is using it as a travel pillow? Anyway, I guess it's his day off.
