Unboxing Sunny & Pipp Crystal Adventures Ponies! (video + pic)

Ok, so, I found g5 ponies!
I wasn't expecting to find them this early in Sweden, but of course I picked them up

I filmed the unboxing and my first impressions

I've liked g5 since pics first started coming out, but I was on the fence with the molded hair and jointed bodies.
Like a lot of you, I thought they looked like they were made out of hard plastic, and I wasn't sure I was going to like them. My plan was to collect just the brushables, and maybe pick up Sunny with the skates, because, well... she has skates. (I love skates and skating)

But... they've won me over. I adore them!!
The plastic feels like g4 plastic, more or less. Except the hair, which is very gummy-y and soft. (I want to eat it, it looks delicious ;_; ) I love how expressive they are with how much you can pose their heads. Pipp is shorter than Sunny. They have a pretty good size muzzle! They remind me of g2. Aaaaah, I'm so excited to have them! I hope to find Izzy and Pipp, too, I want to complete this set!

Thank you for sharing! They're really cute. I'm really surprised to hear they're out in Sweden already I wonder if they'll start showing up over here soon, too.

I don't mind their eyebrows for the most part either.

I was REALLY surprised when I touched Sunny for the first time. With the packaging, it made it look even more like hard plastic.

My guess for the adverts is the same as the poster/checklist. Checklist images are obvious digital mock-ups, and I think the adverts are either part photo, part mockup (like eyes pasted on in editing) or just mockup. Which is really weird, but ah well. xD

They really are so adorable, I can't get over it. Next time I'm there, if they still have her, I'll grab a Zipp, too.

Oh thanks for sharing your nice video!  i think I will try to get a Sunny once they are more widely available.  If you do get a Zipp I would love to see her, too.
