What would be a fair price for Princess Sparkle? the European version that has a sparkle pony body, the plastic pink cape and yellow crown?

Red cape or pink cape?
There are two versions of her, red cape was fewer produced.
Are you able to test if her fiber optics still work?

OOO and works... Sorry I totally skimmed over the pink cape note. As a US buyer I'd go $75 because she works and you're in the US probably selling to others in the US. Comparable working condition pricing on the ebay.
