Restoring advice/direction

I will get a picture of the pony later, I just needed to get the idea juices going. I have baby dots and hearts fancy pants...

Well she is bald. And tail less. I first grabbed her so I could work on rehairs...well he body is horribly faded in random spots.

Do I try and sun fade her and just go lighter color....or dye her? I need to give her hair, but not sure the body. Before I do hair, I rather get the body looking nice.

Any advice would be great.
