can we talk about how broken horns are now a THING!? Does that mean they can't use magic anymore? Or it's wonky? or what?

Well, here is some speculation from another thread.  My theory is there at the bottom.

Well the seaponies and the pirate crew seem to go together lol. And Tempest The Angsty and the simian weather man do too, eh? Cuz her name is tempest? Get it?


Tempest Shadow   I.e opposite of light.  Yeah, now I'm like 99.99 percent sure that she turns out to be the conflicted baddie who finally turns around and does right in the end.  And most of her angst will revolve around her horn being broken, either because she is now "disabled" or because of bullying about it...or both.  Yup, I call it now.

Oh, and add to that there will be some kind of revolation involving her cutie mark. Since they have so conveniently hidden it.

Oh, and duh!  I just noticed that the "symbol" on her armor is the same as the other two wear on their chests.

and the fact that brushable pegasus has BANGS is definitely not lost on me... that means they have a "bangs" G4.5 head mold so - Repaints!  Twilight with proper bangs! maybe others too?

Looking at the pic more closely on Insta it looks like her mane is pulled through her headband and over her forehead to look like bangs, though I'm not 100% sure.

Haha I like that term too! The term comes from the MLP FiM comic book series, which has creatures that are very similar, though not exactly, like these toys we are seeing.

I do wonder what they will be called officially in the movie. We did see a toy series called Fashems with some of the Mane 6 as mermaids and it says on the side of the box: "3 movie Sea Ponies!" But that doesn't necessarily mean these mermares will be called sea ponies in the movie.

Apparently the brushable pegasus is based off/voiced by Sia! Explains the bangs.

Also, I REALLY hope Queen Novo gets a brushable version. She's so pretty, but she looks quite out of place as she is now :c
