Possible G1 Sighting on The Mick

At the end of tonight's episode of The Mick when Ben was opening his last present, there was an assortment of stuff in the box, including a pony. Did my eyes deceive me or was that Salty making a TV appearance 30 years after his creation by Hasbro?

It's a new sitcom on Fox. I caught the end of it while waiting for Family Guy. It was a very brief pony appearance, but I could have sworn it was Salty.

I watched the end of the most recent one and, uh....counting the commercials that's a lot of time I'm not getting back and no Salty that I can see.  Must have been a different episode or earlier in the show...

I guess it could be a fun show but that last scene so far the characters were kinda mean, but funny...I wanted Salty though.  If anyone spots him please let me know exactly which ep/what part cuz I wanna see!

It just aired tonight so it's not listed on there yet. It'll be episode 4 (The Balloon) when it gets added to Fox's website.

Okay the episode is officially up on Fox's website. I've tried to view it but this PC struggles with video playback. The pony in question's appearance is in the last 5 minutes if anyone wants to check out the video and see if it is Salty or maybe Mint Dreams. The episode is The Balloon.

I'm getting interested in this show just for the pony content, fakie, real or otherwise.

Ah okay, I only got a quick glimpse of the pony being taken out of the box at the very end (I think I turned the show on like 7 or so minutes before Family Guy). I wasn't really focused so I didn't get a good look at whether or not the pony had a symbol or anything. I just saw the blue body and purple hair.

Sorry, false alarm. 

I probably jumped the gun because the prospect of seeing my favorite Big Brother pony after so many years after production would really have been something special. Grr...

you don't have to get ...salty about it.  I couldn't be sure until I paused it.

Earlier in the episode when they ask him what he likes and he listed "my mini pony" I had to back it up because it sounded like my little pony but they seem to be ducking us on purpose darnit.

Still pretty close though!

So what makes Salty your favorite?

Gotta say though, Salty does look quite snappy when he has his hat.  Probably the best looking brother when wearing hat.
