Poor pony. I know some people use clay to resculpt missing body parts or to give normal eyes to BBEs and TEs. I'm sure there's a tutorial.

PKW and a few other talented customisers transform baity beddy-bye ponies into eyed ponies, hopefully one will be along soon and give their take. I'm assuming sculpey or similar, poke through eye-hole then scuplt to look like the eye.

As others have suggested you could fill the eye socket with a jewel the right size (off the top of my head 10mm round is the right sort of size) You would need to do some filling of the socket with apoxie-sculp to make it look neat and then you'd paint the eyeliner, eye lashes and eye white back in.

Personally, I would use apoxie-sculp to fill the hole and repaint over the top

Aw, she does look like a custom that someone abandoned.

For sure you could apoxie the eye, then smooth, sand and sand some more- then you'd have to repaint they eye- and even if you did an amazing Hannaliten or Darkhorse quality job- it would still not match the other eye.

So I think you should go with the patch idea or pop a big jewel in there and anchor it with some apoxie sculpt.  If you can't match may as well go all the way weird!

Or cut out the other eye (carefully) and do the same with that one.

My first thought was a mean sibling.

I vote for the jewel eye in just the one eye like the guy in pirates of the Caribbean, with a black sparkly eyepatch that you can flip up. And a tiny tri-corn hat with an ity bitty feather in it.
She lost her eye in a duel and used some of her treasure to replace it. ARGH!

I don't think it's a mean sibling because of the care with which it's cut out:  so neatly around the eyeliner, the eyelashes are intact and there is no leftover eye stuff in the hole.  Seems like whoever did it careful to salvage the whole eye, possibly it's now part of something else, maybe a G1 bad guy that takes just the one eye...maybe a Naruto crossover and wanted her Sharingan (special powers eye).
