How do you organize your Sales/Trades Ponies?

Hi,
Okay so, I'm going to be moving to a new house here in the next few months and I will finally have the space for an office (aka pony sales room).
So i want to get some ideas for how to set up my sales/trades ponies in an organized way so that i can find them easily.
I currently have them scattered all over in random boxes, bags and totes.
Whenever someone wants to buy one, I run around trying to find it.
I have probably a couple hundred ponies i want to sell/trade so this is becoming insane!
I would really like to see pictures of how you all organize your sales.

I'm thinking of putting them all in individual baggies and giving them an id# and photographing them with the number to help me.

I don't have a lot of trade ponies, but I keep them all together on a shelf in a display cabinet so that they are easy to access and don't get dusty

Your method sounds way more organized than mine does haha. I have a "sales bin" that is a storage container, and right now another extra bag full of ponies to sell. I wish I was more organized but no room
I would maybe organize them by year in different places? And maybe keep a master list to keep track?

I throw them all in a box until I take photos of them then I throw them all in a different box. Super helpful, I know.

Im currently in  the process of selling over 1000 duplicate ponies so this is how i sort and store mine. Each container has a specific generation and pose , and as i have so many duplicates they also have a little tag around their necks with numbers so i can identify them quickly when they sell.

Hope this gives you some ideas Think i have about 18 containers full so far and still a couple of bags i need to sort out haha

Mine are all in labeled cardboard boxes.

I have a grey bin I keep them all in. I know where it is and they are all in there chilling until someone rescues them.

Also, notice the Pokemon cards sitting on the bottom that also need to be sold...LOL

This system of organization probably only works for me, but I'm very visual and have OCD, so I have all my sales ponies lined up on the floor in order of release. I takes up a bit of room, as you can imagine, but it works as I can do a quick visual check of who's there, who looks like they need cleaning, etc.
