G1 accessory?

I received this tiny knitted blanket with a recent G1 lot but I can't seem to identify it. Any ideas if it belongs to anyone in particular?

I don't think so. Someone probably just knitted it themselves/had someone else knit it, for their toys and decided to include it in the lot.
