Where are the pearlized brushables?

Finally saw these at the downtown Seattle Target.

I have yet to see any of wave one at my BL, but Target has started to carry wave two. So theres that. Im never going to find Coloatura

Same for me; I've looked in several Big Lots and Targets now. Too bad, she's so pretty! I'm considering getting her online, but I really don't want to pay $15ish for a pony that was originally $5.

On another note, if anyone wants me to pick up Wave 2 for them (Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Pretzel, or Cherry Berry), and just pay what I paid plus shipping, PM me, I'd be happy to help. They may not be around long but yesterday I saw a fair amount of this wave in my search for Coloratura.

I would have picked up an extra Rara a few weeks ago if I had though BL was not going to restock these

I have an overly optimistic hope that Hasbro will see how well they're selling and produce more Wave 1s. A girl can dream . . .

I stopped in at a Walgreens today and they had a few of the pearly Nurse Redhearts! It's funny, she's not actually white, more of a lavenderish grey. She's very cute, though! The only other ones I've seen were just the Pinkie Pie and Coloratura that I'd picked up at a different Walgreens. Still only headband ponies at my local Targets and Walmarts, and the occasional leftover ribbonhair.

Got Pretzel yesterday, but she had the worst box hair I've ever seen! I left the conditioner on her hair overnight, but even that didn't make it much better. In the end I put her hair on top of her head, hiding the frizzy bits, and fixed it with hairspray. On a good note though, she wasn't slimy when I took her out of the box like Coloratura was.

Also I hope these brushables aren't going the way of G2 Hip Holly or some of the G3 Divine Shines. Their plastic was, uh, not great.

I'm a little worried about this too. With the G3 Divine Shines, didn't the glitter just disintegrate and leave them all slimy? There was a thread about it recently I'm sure

Isn't it just a pearlescent coating though like the Pretty n Pearlies? Or the coating on some of the G3 Pegasus wings?

Keep in mind I haven't seen these in person yet.

The ponies have a semi-translucent look and the Pearly sheen is not on the outside of the pony like the G1 ponies

In what definitely falls into the 'dumb luck' category, I was traveling this past weekend and on my way home Saturday afternoon/evening I decided to hit the stores.  I found a Walmart exclusive car that came out months ago that was the only car missing from every assortment that hit around here.  So I was already feeling pretty good about that.

That was an unexpected bonus.  But my real goal was Coloratura, so I started looking for Big Lots and Walgreens (which I don't have locally).  There was a CVS on every corner, but no sign of a Big Lots (or even a Toys R Us) anywhere.  At one point I literally saw three CVS stores in a two block area (one on one side of the highway and another, directly across from it, with a third a block away).  And then, all of a sudden, a Walgreens.  I pounced on that like a kitten on a piece of string.  They had exactly one pony sitting forlorn on a peg with a battered card.  Amazingly enough, it was Coloratura.  I'm an opener, so I don't care about card condition - let's just say my money couldn't leave my wallet fast enough.

I had already found Pretzel at Target a few days before that, so I now have the only two ponies from the first two waves I was looking for.  Wave 3 has three new ponies I need though, so hopefully they start showing up soon!

I just noticed the pearlized ponies (and Pursey Pink!) on Amazon for $7.99, so I'm gonna get those as soon as I have some money. They're overpriced, but I just haven't been able to find them in my local stores.

Awww!    My roommate and I went to three different Walgreens looking for a Walgreens exclusive Transformers and none of them had him.  However, he was available on their website.  I hope this is an option for pearly Nurse Redheart too.  (So far I have only seen "regular" Redheart and ribbon Redheart in stores.)
