last weekend me and my family went to a flea market, and i found some ponies (there were even more that i wanted to buy, but we ended up buying some vintage pyrex and a table as well and didn't have any money left over, oops!) i haven't posted about them until now because i've been a bit busy
anyways, i bought Applejack, Mainsail, and Baby Blossom. they were filthy when i found them, and after i bought them i was a little nervous that i had overpaid, but they cleaned up so nicely! here are some before and after shots.
they were so dirty before that i didn't want to put them directly on my couch...

loginBaby Blossom was filthy, but a little scrubbing and hair styling and she looked almost new, aside from that blue pen mark on her NDS cutie mark!

loginMainsail's color was about 10 times brighter after i cleaned her, i was really amazed. as you can see, her hair was
really bad. i would've flat ironed it or used the boiling method had i not been afraid of melting her thermal hair, so i did the best i could. i don't think it turned out too bad!

loginApplejack was in the best condition out of the trio when i got them. i still need to fix the nick in her eye, but she looks pretty great. it doesn't show up that well in the pictures, but i think her tail is a rehair. her head has obviously been popped off, and her tail is a bright, neon color compared to her hair.
there you have it! a small haul, but a great addition to my g1 collection
