Huh.  I wasn't expecting that.  I was more expecting to see a brand new set, or maybe even selling her as a single?

I'm happy for the collectors who missed her but I'm surprised Hasbro keeps doing this with G4 store exclusives.  By releasing them in more stores, it certainly makes them less "rare" on the secondary market, doesn't it?

Making the ponies rare on the secondary market doesn't do anything for Hasbro, so it makes sense that they would later release exclusive sets in more stores.

I'll have to go look for this, I missed it the first time around.

It's worth it for Minty and white Celestia (I still don't have one surprisingly). I'll just bait or sell the rest :/

Interesting! This set has been on TRU's website for a little while now, but cool to see it pop up in stores for people who missed out before!

I have all the ponies from this set, but it'd be neat to have them MIB. Maybe I'll pick it up the next time I have a gift card or rewards.

Honestly, I would've expected this to show up at Ross for a discounted price, not at TRU (just be ausw of how long its been since this set was first released).

Last year TRU had former Target exclusive MH dolls as a Black Friday deal. They put them on the shelves beforehand at "regular price" and on BF lowered the price. I wonder if this is a similar thing.

For those who missed out and are wanting Minty or Dewdrop Dazzle nice to see this set out again. I'd love to see ponies like Minty and Dewdrop Dazzle released as singles though, along with some others that were only out once before to give more people a chance at them too.

THIS IS PERFECT! My husband has been hunting for this set and noticed it listed on their website for $30 (which is cheap in my opinion since people are selling it for $100+ online). GLAD to know this set is no longer a Costco exclusive! I know where im going on payday!!!!!!!! I didnt see this set at mine the other day but since OPs location is Texas, its only a matter of time before they show up mine and at least its online! Thanks so much for the heads up!

Now if only that style and sparkle fluttershy would pop up somewhere else!

Conventional wisdom is that green toys don't sell well in "girls lines."  To date there has been only one single-released green pony, Lyra Heartstrings.  (Who is a kind of blue-green, too.)

So it makes sense that they would stick Minty in a set instead.  Honestly we are just lucky to get her at all.  I'm sure it's because so many people wrote in asking for her (especially with the box specifically pointing out that the set comes "WITH MINTY!", lol.)
