GOH Shining Armor - and Residue?

Opened my Shinng Armor today!

but the plastic for the legs and face and this strange feel - and after touch there's a slight residue? 

Is it because they are rated for a higher age group that they get different plastic or chemical baths?

i think they're made with a different plastic?

The limbs are definitely different than the body, but still I dunno -  I had to wash my hands afterwards!

crazy curious to know if anyone else has this issue!

I don't know, I haven't gotten anyone but Celestia and NMM from that line. The others still look odd to me due to the shape of their necks

I havnt seen him here in the States yet so I dont have him, but I dare say he is an absolutely handsome fellow! Im so excited to shop for these sets in stores, WHAT A CUTIE!

I'm hoping to pick him up soonish. I'm starting with him and then deciding on if I'm selling my brushables off to replace with these. I like playing with toy photography and action figures certainly can do more than standard ponies with poses. I'll check back in when I pick one up about the residue
